Guidance services
FEB Global Education provides education counselling, course and institution selection support, application preparation, scholarship guidance, document guidance, visa-document preparation guidance and pre-departure support according to the service agreed with you.
Accuracy
Entry requirements, intakes and funding criteria change. We work to keep information current, but you should always confirm decision-critical details with the official source.
Your responsibilities
You must provide complete, accurate and authentic information and documents, review applications before submission, meet deadlines, attend required appointments and promptly tell us about any relevant change. Inaccurate or incomplete information may lead to delay, refusal or withdrawal by an institution or authority.
Decisions and outcomes
Admission, scholarship, credit transfer and visa decisions are made solely by the relevant institution, funding organisation or government authority. Guidance from FEB Global Education does not create a guarantee of acceptance, funding, visa approval or a particular processing time.
Fees and third-party charges
Any FEB service fee and its scope should be confirmed before work begins. University fees, application charges, test fees, translations, medical examinations, visa charges, insurance, travel and other third-party costs are separate unless expressly confirmed in writing.
Applications and deadlines
We support applications based on the information and documents you provide. You remain responsible for timely responses, final review and compliance with the requirements of each institution or authority. External deadlines and processing times may change without notice.
Intellectual property
The FEB Global Education name, website design and original website content may not be copied, republished or used commercially without permission. University names, logos and third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, submit unlawful or misleading material, interfere with website operation or use our content in a way that infringes another party’s rights.
Limitation and availability
We take reasonable care in providing our services, but we are not responsible for decisions, delays, policy changes, outages or losses caused by institutions, authorities or other third parties beyond our control. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.
